The Upper Hutt Psychology & Psychotherapy Clinic has branches in both Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt and is devoted to understanding people of all ages, in all walks of life and to assisting recovery and personal growth. It offers a safe, therapeutic environment, which is fully confidential.
Itay and Natalie are the therapists working at the clinic. They immigrated to New Zealand from South Africa in 2002.

The Upper Hutt Psychology & Psychotherapy Clinic is easily accessible at its location in the CBD Towers on Main Street in central Upper Hutt. It is opposite the train station and bus depot and is surrounded by car parks.

Itay Lahav is a registered Psychotherapist. He is a full member of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists (NZAP) and has a postgraduate diploma from Monash University, Australia.
Itay works as a therapist for adults, children and youth, and has worked in public mental health services, non-governmental organisations and private practice in New Zealand. In South Africa Itay worked as a therapist for children abandoned by HIV/AIDS, a supervisor for Red Cross counsellors, and as a practitioner of psychoneuroimmunology for those affected by terminal illness.
Natalie Lahav is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She is a full member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP) and has a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Natalie has worked as a psychologist in child and adult mental health services in New Zealand and ran an HIV/AIDS counsellor programme in South Africa as part of the reconstruction and development programme following the dissolution of apartheid.
